SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our goal is to offer you the best customer experience, ensuring that we provide the highest level of responsiveness at all times, no matter where you live. With that respect, we offer three options of delivery:
Store Pickup - You can pick up your order at our office. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup and will thereafter schedule the date and time for pickup at your convenience.
Onsite Delivery - Our staff will deliver your order to the provided location, according to the scheduled date and time. For any location outside of Bangkok and the metropolitan region, additional surcharges may apply.
International Delivery - If you do not reside in Thailand, we will deliver the order to you using DHL express or other reliable couriers.

International delivery generally takes 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped.
All products delivered by Giftmanufactory are exclusive of customs duties. You are solely responsible for paying local taxes and duties in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of your country.
In case of undeliverable parcels as a result of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will re-dispatch your order, whereby any additional charges shall be borne by you.
All gifts that have been customized (etched, embroidered, screened, etc.) are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or have been damaged during shipping. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with a new item or issue a refund in the amount equal to the value of that item.
Gifts that have been worn, used, or damaged from normal wear and tear are not qualified for the refund. All refundable gifts must be returned with all original packaging.
Any defective or damaged item must be reported to Giftmanufactory within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the item, either by email or phone. Once we have inspected the item and found it to be eligible for return, you may request whether you want us to replace the item or issue a refund. If the former case applies, we will send a return confirmation letter to your email and thereafter schedule the date and time for delivery or pickup of the new item. If the latter case applies, we will issue a refund to you within 2-3 business days via bank transfer.
